• Dedicated Ceremony Space: Your ceremony will take place in a designated area of the Auditorium Ballroom, arranged to create an inviting and beautiful setting for your special moment.

• Guest Seating: Seating will be arranged according to your final guest count and ceremony layout.

• Ceremony Setup: Tables, chairs, and other venue furnishings will be arranged according to the agreed-upon floor plan.

• Decorations: Couples are welcome to personalize the ceremony space with their own decorations, florals, and other approved décor.

• Wedding Party: The space accommodates your wedding party and provides an appropriate area for the ceremony processional and recessional.

• Transition to Reception: If your ceremony and reception are held at the Auditorium Ballroom, we can help coordinate the transition from the ceremony into your reception.

• Music & Sound: Ceremony music and sound requirements should be discussed with the venue in advance to ensure everything is properly coordinated.

• Rehearsal: Ceremony rehearsal availability should be arranged with the venue in advance and is subject to scheduling and venue availability.
